This is a starter post. It exists to show the shape new posts should follow, not as real content. Delete or replace it once you're ready to publish.
Frontmatter
Every post needs a YAML frontmatter block at the top with title,
description, date, and author. Add draft: true to keep a post out of
the listing page while you're still writing it.
Writing content
The rest of the file is plain Markdown (or MDX, if you need to drop in a React component). Standard formatting works as expected:
- Headings, bold, and italics
- Bulleted and numbered lists
- Links and
inline code
Ideas for real posts
- What actually happens when a call goes to voicemail
- How fast customers expect a reply before they call someone else
- A real case study once one exists
