Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 17, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how SavaraSys (“SavaraSys,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with our website at https://savarasys.com, our customer platform at app.savarasys.com, our link and API infrastructure at links.savarasys.com, and the related services we provide (together, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.
1. Who This Policy Covers
This policy applies to two kinds of people:
- Visitors and leads — people who visit our website, fill out our contact form, or otherwise reach out to us directly.
- Customers and their end customers — contractors and home service businesses (“Customers”) who subscribe to our platform, and the people who call, text, message, or otherwise contact those Customers (“End Customers”). When we process data on behalf of a Customer — for example, a homeowner’s phone number captured after a missed call — we act as a service provider / data processor for that Customer, who remains responsible for their own compliance obligations to their End Customers.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you give us directly
- Name, business name, phone number, email address, and any message you submit through our contact form or otherwise send us.
- Billing and account information when you sign up as a Customer, including business details and payment information (processed by our third-party payment and CRM providers, not stored directly on our servers).
- Any content you upload or provide while using the platform, such as business details, calendar availability, service areas, and messaging templates.
2.2 Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring URLs, and timestamps.
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
2.3 Information processed on behalf of Customers
When a business uses our platform, the Service may process, on that Customer’s behalf, information about the Customer’s own End Customers, including:
- Phone numbers, names, and addresses collected through missed-call text-back, the AI receptionist, or website chat.
- Call, text, and chat transcripts and metadata (timestamps, call duration, delivery status).
- Appointment, scheduling, and calendar information.
- Invoicing and payment-related records.
- Google review requests, responses, and related correspondence.
This data is controlled by the Customer, not by us. If you are an End Customer and have questions about how your information is used, please contact the business you interacted with directly.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including sending automated text-back messages, review requests, and appointment confirmations on behalf of Customers.
- Respond to inquiries, provide customer support, and process orders and subscriptions.
- Send administrative communications, such as service updates, billing notices, and security alerts.
- Improve, secure, and troubleshoot the Service.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
- With consent, send marketing communications, which you may opt out of at any time.
4. SMS & Text Messaging Communications
A core part of our Service sends automated text messages on behalf of our Customers (for example, an instant reply to a missed call, an appointment reminder, or a review request).
- Consent. Customers are solely responsible for obtaining proper, documented consent from their own End Customers before sending them text messages through the Service, and for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), CAN-SPAM, CTIA guidelines, and all other applicable messaging laws and carrier requirements.
- Opt-out. Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages, and HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on the Customer’s configuration and the recipient’s interactions.
- No sale of phone numbers. We do not sell or share phone number data collected through SMS features with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
5. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep the website functional, remember preferences, and understand how the site is used. This may include analytics tools and the third-party chat widget embedded on our site. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.
6. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service, including our hosting provider, transactional email provider, and our CRM / workflow automation provider (GoHighLevel), which powers messaging, scheduling, and lead management across savarasys.com, app.savarasys.com, and links.savarasys.com.
- Carriers and messaging infrastructure providers necessary to deliver calls, texts, and related communications.
- Legal and safety purposes — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of SavaraSys, our Customers, or others.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information to third parties.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Customers may request deletion of their account data, subject to records we are required to retain by law.
8. Data Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to opt out of certain communications, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact us using the details in Section 13. We do not sell or share personal information in a way that would require an opt-out under applicable state privacy laws; if that changes, we will update this policy and provide the required opt-out mechanism.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
11. International Users
The Service is operated from and intended for use in the United States and Canada. If you access the Service from outside these regions, you understand your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States and/or Canada.
12. Third-Party Links & Services
Our Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites and platforms (such as Google, Facebook, and Instagram) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those third parties, and encourage you to review their policies.
13. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
14. Contact Us
